II. Effect on Self – Am I able to recognize what is destructive versus beneficial? Can I set healthy boundaries of time and content?
III. Effect on others – Will my posts and presence negatively impact the faith of others? Can small changes on my part have a big impact on their faith?
IV. Core Knowledge – Is what I’m consuming a neutral tool? Is how I’m using it for good or bad?
V. The Guiding Value – Would someone who saw my internet use believe I loved them? Would someone reading my posts be better for it? Am I too distracted to invest in them? Am I feeding their internet addiction?
VI. An Overriding Truth – Is there any redeeming value in me going there? Is consuming this content incompatible with my faith?
